§ 739-7. Prohibited Containers, Penalties.

No person shall possess any glass bottle or glass beverage container in the area known as the Central Riverfront, as defined in Section 739-1, Cincinnati Municipal Code, the Stadium, the Stadium Plaza, the Stadium Parking Facilities, and the ground level and second level walkway system surrounding Riverfront Coliseum. This section shall not apply to an employee of the city of Cincinnati, its agent, or any properly authorized concessionaire, or a supplier thereof, while acting within the course and scope of employment in providing concession at a scheduled event authorized by the city of Cincinnati.

Any violation of this section is a minor misdemeanor.
