§ 729-91. Infectious Waste—Host Fee.

The owner or operator of an off-site infectious waste treatment facility located within the city shall, as trustee for the city, collect a fee for the city of $5.00 per ton on the treatment of infectious waste at the treatment facility regardless of where the waste was generated and shall forward such moneys collected to the City Treasurer monthly pursuant to Section 3734.025 of the Ohio Revised Code.
