§ 729-90. Solid Waste Disposal—Host Fee.

The owner or operator of each solid waste disposal facility located within the city shall, as trustee for the city, collect a fee for the city of $.25 per ton on the disposal of solid waste at the solid waste disposal facility regardless of where the wastes were generated and shall forward such moneys collected to the City Treasurer monthly pursuant to Section 3437.57 of the Ohio Revised Code.
