§ 729-85. Nighttime Waste and Recycling Collection.

No person, association, firm or corporation shall, during the hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., engage in or undertake any waste or recycling collection activity that produces loud noises so to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, having due regard for the proximity of places of residence, hospitals, or other residential institutions.
