§ 729-33. Removing Waste From Public Street or Alley.

  • When waste has been set out in accordance with the division of sanitation regulations on a public street or alley for collection by the division of sanitation, no person shall remove any of such waste except with the consent of the owner. When waste has been set out in waste containers on private premises, no person shall remove any waste therefrom except with the consent of the owner or lessee of the premises.
