§ 729-11. Set-out Service for Hardship Cases.

  • At no time shall any employee of the division of sanitation go beyond any fence, wall, gate or any enclosure for the purpose of removing waste from any such premises except where specifically authorized by the director of public services or his or her designee to remove waste due to extreme hardship cases.

    City employees shall not enter a dwelling or building to remove waste.
