§ 729-1-U. Unacceptable Waste.
"Unacceptable waste" shall mean waste that is any of the following: hazardous waste as defined by Section 729-1-H; infectious waste as defined under Section 3734.01 of the Ohio Revised Code; central air conditioning or heating units; fire-damaged items, metal grocery carts; compressed gas cylinders, including but not limited to propane and oxygen tanks; asbestos; rocks, dirt, and sand; construction, renovation, and demolition debris; or other similar items designated by the director of public services or his or her designee. "Unacceptable waste" shall not include residual quantities of a consumer product in its original container or medical waste generated by the owner or occupant of a dwelling and packaged according to the rules promulgated pursuant to Section 729-81.
