§ 729-1-C3. City Recycling Container.

Latest version.

"City Recycling Container" shall mean all recycling containers provided by the city, including 96-, 64-, and 35-gallon carts, 18-gallon bins, recycling drop-off dumpsters, and such other containers as the city may provide for the collection of recyclable materials.
