§ 723-3. Unauthorized Wires, etc., in Streets.

  • No person, firm, or corporation, or any agent or servant of any person, firm, or corporation shall lay, string or maintain or cause to be laid, strung or maintained, any wire, pipe, subway, conduit or other appliance or construction, on, under or over the surface of any street or public place, except as duly authorized according to law. Each day that any such unauthorized appliance or construction is permitted to remain shall constitute a separate offense.
