§ 721-5. Hearing.

Before passing upon any such plat transmitted by the city planning commission, council shall hold a hearing thereon at a time and place specified by council. Notice of the time and place of such hearing, with a general description of the district, area or streets covered by the plat shall be given not less than 30 days previous to the time fixed therefor by one publication in The City Bulletin.
