§ 721-25. Sale of Land on Private or Undedicated Streets.

  • The owner, or any agent of the owner, of any lot of land abutting on a street or way not lawfully accepted or established as a public street or way, who sells or contracts for the sale of such lot, shall, prior to the execution of such sale or contract of sale, furnish the intending purchaser with a signed statement as to whether or not the location of such street or way has been approved by the city planning commission.
