§ 721-134. Surfacing.

Portions of all driveways or parking areas shall be paved so that every vehicle exiting any driveway or parking area shall travel at least 25 feet over a hard surface immediately before exiting to any public street. Portions between the roadway and the property line shall be constructed in accordance with Section 721-133. Any portion extending onto private property shall be constructed or reconstructed with concrete, asphaltic concrete, brick or pavers, adequate to carry the loads to which it will be subjected. This section shall not apply to driveways and parking areas serving single-family and two-family dwellings.
