Except as provided in Section 720-99-A, any person, being the owner, agent, or having control of the premises, who violates
any of the provisions of this chapter, or fails to conform to any of the provisions
thereof, or fails to obey any order of the utility engineer or his duly authorized
agent, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each and every day on
which such person continues to violate the provisions of this chapter after having
once been notified of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
