§ 720-59. Monthly Charge per Equivalent Runoff Unit (ERU).

The monthly charge per equivalent runoff unit (ERU) shall be $3.54 per month through, July 31, 2018. Thereafter, the monthly charge per ERU shall be as follows:

• $4.64 per month from August 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018;

• $5.75 per month from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019;

• $6.67 per month from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020;

• $7.34 per month starting January 1, 2021 and for every month thereafter until the monthly rate is further modified.
