§ 720-57. Land Use Intensity of Development Factors.

Ten land uses are identified and recognized for purposes of this chapter, each of which has an assigned intensity of development factor (IDF). The land use of each Class C property shall be assigned based on the records of the county recorder or auditor, the city, or through field examination or photogrammetric analysis.
