§ 718-13. Street Restoration

  • The cost of all street restoration and sidewalk restoration, all adjustments in connection with publicly or privately owned public utilities and all other adjustments made necessary by the construction, maintenance, operation, relocation, discontinuance or abandonment of any revocable street privilege shall be paid by the holder.

    All such street and sidewalk restoration and other necessary work of adjustment shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of the ordinances or, in the absence of regulation by ordinance, shall, at the option of the city manager, be performed by the holder or by the city at the holder's expense.
