§ 715-5. Possessing Relief Tokens Issued to Another.

  • No person shall appropriate, retain possession of, or use, a relief token issued in the name of another person. This provision shall not apply to any merchant, dealer, or other person furnishing food, clothing, or supplies for such relief token, in the regular course of business, or to lawful assignees.
