§ 715-1. Misuse of Relief Tokens

  • Whenever a relief voucher, food stamp, paper, or other relief token, auxiliary to the rendering of assistance to persons in distress, and referred to in this chapter as relief tokens, is issued by any public or semi-public authority, entitling a person named to obtain emergency supplies of food, clothes or other necessities upon presentation thereof, such relief token shall be used only by the person named, for the person's own needs and those of such person's dependents.
