§ 708-26A. Permitted Archery Programs.

A person may lawfully discharge a bow and arrow approved by the Public Recreation Commission or the Director of Recreation when participating in an archery program approved by the Public Recreation Commission or the Director of Recreation which program occurs on property owned by the City of Cincinnati.
