§ 708-23. Gun Clubs

  • It shall be lawful for any regularly organized gun club consisting of at least 20 members to hold shooting matches in the City of Cincinnati, on grounds owned or leased by the club, for not less than one year, which grounds are located not less than one-quarter of a mile from any inhabited dwelling. It shall be lawful to shoot only shotguns at such matches, using no shot of a larger caliber than No. 6, and at inanimate targets, whether stationary or flying.
