§ 609-11. Rules and Regulations.

The board of health is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the purpose and intent of this chapter in order to protect the public health, safety, and welfare, including, but not limited to, the circumstances under which tobacco retailer licenses may be revoked pursuant to Section 609-9. The board of health is authorized to promulgate these rules and regulations by May 31, 2019.
