§ 609-1-R. Tobacco Retailer.

"Tobacco retailer" shall mean any individual, firm, partnership, joint venture, association, joint stock company, corporation, unincorporated business entity, or any other group or combination acting as a unit that owns or operates, within the city of Cincinnati, any manufacturer, producer, distributor, supplier, vending machine, wholesaler or retailer of tobacco products. Tobacco retailer shall not mean the employees of an owner or operator of any manufacturer, producer, distributor, supplier, vending machine company, wholesaler or retailer of tobacco products.
