§ 607-1-D. Designated Smoking Area.

"Designated Smoking Area" means any area where smoking is specifically permitted. Any area in which smoking is permitted shall be a location where Environmental Tobacco Smoke, Passive Smoke or Secondhand Smoke will not accumulate.
