§ 604-1. Rat Control Program.

The board of health is authorized to conduct a continuous program of rat control, including procedures for the extermination of rats by trapping and poisoning, elimination of rat harborage and food supply, rat-proofing of buildings, maintenance of inspection and other rat control services, and educational methods designed to inform and secure the cooperation of the public.
