§ 603-43. No Slaughtering in Residences.

Latest version.

No slaughter house, or any part thereof, shall be used or occupied as a residence or lodging place for any person; and no slaughtering of livestock shall be permitted in any house, building, or place used as a residence or lodging place for human beings.
