§ 601-3. Monthly Bulletin.

  • The board of health of the city of Cincinnati shall have power to cause to be issued, printed, published and distributed, a monthly bulletin, which shall be edited by the health commissioner, and shall contain such information and data relating to the public health, sanitary inspection, epidemics, communicable diseases, vital statistics, food and drugs, industrial hygiene, child hygiene, medical inspection and relief, and other kindred subjects as in the opinion of the commissioner will tend to promote the public health of the city.

    The board of health shall determine the number of copies of each issue of such bulletin that shall be printed, and may cause the same to be distributed as it deems proper. The cost and expense of issuing, printing, publishing and distributing the bulletin may be paid out of appropriations for the board of health, upon proper voucher.
