§ 601-25. Unauthorized Access and Use of Confidential Medical Information.

No person shall willfully attempt to obtain, use or make public, or obtain, use or make public, confidential medical information belonging to the Cincinnati health department which concerns any patient of a clinic of that department when he knows or should know he is without proper authorization.

Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
