§ 514-1. Special Parking Permits for Veterans.

The city manager is hereby authorized to issue parking permits granting special parking privileges to war veterans who have, as a result of a service-connected disability, suffered the loss of the use of a leg or legs. Application for such permits and the extent of the special privileges granted shall be in accordance with rules and regulations to be adopted by the city manager.
