§ 512-24. Minimum Penalties for Violations of Sections 503-1, 503-3, 503-5, 503-7 or 503-9.

Whoever violates any provision of Sections 503-1, 503-3, 503-5, 503-7 or 503-9 shall be fined not less than $18 for each offense, which minimum fine may be reduced or waived upon a finding by the court that such reductions or waiver is required by the interest of justice.
