§ 510-2. Parades.

  • All parades, marches and processions, except funeral processions operating in accordance with the provisions of law relating especially to them, and all persons participating in such parades, marches and processions, shall obey all laws and regulations relating to pedestrian and vehicular traffic and shall not obstruct or unreasonably interfere with the rights of the public to use and enjoy the streets, sidewalks and public ways of the City of Cincinnati, and the rights of the public and owners of adjacent property to access to and from the streets and sidewalks of the City of Cincinnati to and from abutting or adjacent property.
