§ 509-15. Temporary Meter Closure Fees.

The city manager or person designated by the city manager may charge a temporary closure fee for temporary closure of parking meters. Prior to implementation of such a fee, the city manager or his or her designee shall adopt rules and regulations that establish the process for approving requests for temporary parking meter closures and the charges for such closures.

The amendment to § 509-15 made by Ord. No. 185-2015, § 2, was adopted on June 17, 2015, with an effective date of July 17, 2015. Subsequent Ord. No. 255-2015, § 2, adopted July 1, 2015, changed said amendment to an emergency measure, making it effective immediately upon adoption.
