§ 508-38. Reserved Car Sharing Spaces Established.

The city manager or his designee is authorized to establish car sharing spaces in such on-street locations as the city manager shall determine to be for the benefit and convenience of the public. Each such car sharing space shall be designated by an appropriate sign or signs. No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in an officially designated car sharing space unless such vehicle displays a valid car sharing parking permit permanently affixed to, and clearly visible through, the front windshield of the vehicle.
