§ 508-24. Taxicab Restrictions.
No operator of a taxicab shall stop his vehicle in Government Square except:
(a)
To discharge a passenger.
(b)
In compliance with the requirements of traffic signs, signals, or directions.
(c)
To occupy, between the hours of 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., on weekdays only, any taxicab stand or stands designated by the director of safety.
