§ 508-19. Public Transit Stops and Taxicab Stands Established.

The city manager or person designated by the city manager is authorized and required to establish public transit stops and taxicab stands in such places as the city manager shall determine to be for the benefit and convenience of the public. Every such public transit stop or taxicab stand shall be designated by an appropriate sign or signs.
