§ 506-91. Street Fetes.
With the consent of the owner or occupants of the abutting property, the city manager or person designated by the city manager may, where the public travel will not be greatly interfered with thereby, close any highway or portion thereof to vehicular traffic and permit the holding thereon of fetes, bazaars or similar events for religious, charitable, civic, patriotic, or fraternal purposes.
No person shall drive any vehicle upon any highway or portion thereof closed to traffic pursuant to this section while such highway or portion thereof is so closed.
No person shall conduct a street fete unless that person pays a non-refundable application fee in the amount of $25.00.
