§ 506-7. Reckless Operation of Vehicles Off Streets and Highways.

  • No person shall operate a vehicle on any public or private property other than streets or highways without due regard for the safety of persons or property.

    Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be fined not more than $250, or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
