§ 506-21. Crossing Railroad Tracks.
No person shall drive a vehicle upon a railroad grade crossing when:
(a)
A clearly visible electric or mechanical signal device gives warning of the immediate approach of a train;
(b)
A crossing gate is lowered, or when a human flagman gives or continues to give a signal of the approach or passage of a train.
(c)
It is impossible to clear the crossing completely.
No operator shall change lanes while crossing a railroad grade crossing or within 100 feet of such crossing.
