§ 505-10. Prohibiting Parking of Vehicles Containing Explosives.

No person shall park a vehicle containing any explosives upon streets or grounds, whether public or private, within the corporate limits of the city of Cincinnati, except in case of accident or any other emergency involving such vehicle or its driver. In the latter event, as soon as practicable, the driver of such vehicle shall notify the police of the location of such vehicle as well as the circumstances surrounding the accident or emergency.
