§ 503-61. Smoke Screen on Motor Vehicle.

Latest version.

No person shall attach or cause to be attached to any motor vehicle any smoke screen device, or operate or cause to be operated any motor vehicle carrying a smoke screen device attached thereto or capable of being attached thereto.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of attaching or operating a car with a smoke screen, a first degree misdemeanor.
