§ 502-17. School Crossing Guard's Signals.

No person shall fail or refuse to comply with any order or direction to stop given by a school crossing guard, as defined and appointed in Article IV, Section 2-B of the Administrative Code, for the purpose of facilitate the safe crossing of any person or persons at a crosswalk in the location to which the school crossing guard is assigned, when such school crossing guard has been duly appointed in accordance with Article IV, Section 2-B of the Administrative Code.
