§ 502-10. Traffic-Control Devices, Authorization.

It shall be the duty of the city manager or person designated by the city manager to place and maintain traffic-control devices required by the traffic code. The city manager is authorized to place and maintain such other traffic-control devices as determined to be necessary for the proper control of traffic.
