§ 501-1-V. Vehicle.

Latest version.

"Vehicle" shall mean every device, in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, except devices moved by power collected from overhead electric trolley wires, or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks, and except devices other than bicycles moved by human power.
