§ 501-1-S2. Sidewalk.

"Sidewalk" shall mean that portion of a street between the curbline, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians and all elevated public walkway systems and concourses in both public right of way and private easements, and all vertical means of access and egress including, but not limited to, stairways, escalators and elevators.
