§ 501-1-P. Parking.

"Parking" shall mean the standing of a vehicle whether occupied or unoccupied within a highway or public safety zone. The term shall not apply to the temporary stopping of a vehicle for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading and unloading passengers, or of a truck for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading and unloading merchandise.
