§ 501-1-H2. Holidays.

Latest version.

"Holiday," when used in connection with any traffic-control device, shall mean any of the following holidays:
New Year's Day, January 1.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the third Monday in January.

Memorial Day, the last Monday in May.

Independence Day, July 4.

Labor Day, the first Monday in September.

Thanksgiving Day, the fourth Thursday in November.

Christmas Day, December 25.
