§ 501-1-B3. Bicycle/Pedestrian Way.

"Bicycle/Pedestrian Way" shall mean that portion of a street between the curbline or the lateral lines of a roadway, and adjacent property lines, including that portion of elevated roadways serving to connect such portions of a street, as designated by the city manager and identified by appropriate signs or marks, intended for the joint use of bicycles and pedestrians.
