§ 914-1-P. Person.

Latest version.

"Person" shall mean any natural person, partnership, association, organization, corporation, legal representative, trustee, trustee in bankruptcy, receiver, or other organized group of persons. It includes the City of Cincinnati, but does not include state or federal governmental units.
