§ 911-25. Security Requirements for Nitrous Oxide.

  • No person being in control or possession of nitrous oxide shall do any of the following:

    (a)

    Fail to secure any motor vehicle used in the delivery of nitrous oxide in such a manner as to prevent the theft of cylinders of nitrous oxide contained therein;

    (b)

    Fail to report to the Cincinnati police division the theft of any cylinder of nitrous oxide.

    Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a fourth degree misdemeanor for each subsequent offense.
