§ 911-21. Pool and Billiard Tables

  • No person owning, operating, or having custody of any establishment containing pool or billiard tables for public use shall permit any person to play or use any pool or billiard table between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. except that pool and billiard tables operated and maintained by non-profit organizations for recreational and social purposes only are not subject to the requirements herein set forth.

    Whoever violates this section is guilty of operating a pool or billiard table after hours, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
