§ 907-3. Vandalism.

  • No person, without privilege to do so, shall knowingly cause any physical harm to, damage, or otherwise alter in any way, any structure or any of the contents of any structure located upon the land of another or upon public land.

    No person, without privilege to do so, shall enter upon the land of another, or upon public land, for the purpose of causing any physical harm, damage or alteration to any structure, or to the contents of any structure.

    Whoever violates this section is guilty of vandalism, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
